In Baringo County, deep-rooted cultural norms and systemic barriers have long limited women's opportunities. The Gender Advocacy & Inclusion program challenges these barriers head-on — through community dialogues, legal awareness, economic empowerment, and policy engagement. We're not just advocating for change; we're creating it.

What We Do

Our gender advocacy program works at multiple levels — from grassroots community conversations to policy advocacy. We facilitate dialogues that challenge harmful norms, provide legal literacy workshops so women understand their rights, create economic opportunities through savings groups and skills training, and engage local leaders as champions for gender equality.
